Our title and registration processes are limited to cars, light trucks-class A, B, and C, and motorcycles. Heavy Duty trucks can be registered in some situations (no farm vehicles) but plates for HTK will be issued from the DMV itself and will be mailed to you. Plates are issued on the spot, which we have on hand, and we can only process registrations if a plate is assigned or transfered...title only is not an option as we are only a third party to the DMV, meaning our access and capabilities are limited. You must have a valid title, signed by both seller and purchaser, valid drivers license, lien information-whether an active lien or lien release information. All party's that wish to be on the title must be present.
*We CAN NOT register motorhomes, RV's, campers, trailers, ATV or UTV, snow mobiles, farm vehicles, or anything other than a car, light truck or motorcycle. 
*We CAN NOT issue replacement or duplicate titles.

Gap Program

If your Harley-Davidson® motorcycle is stolen and never recovered, chances are you'll have to pay the "gap" between your insurance company balance and the loan balance. Don't assume that your primary insurance will cover any loss related to your motorcycle. In reality, the actual cash value that an insurance company places on your bike may be substantially less than the outstanding balance on your loan. Who pays the difference or the "gap" between your insurance company and your loan payoff? You do!

The GAP Plan pays the difference between the fair market value of your vehicle and the outstanding balance of your loan on the date of loss up to $25,000.** Plus, your insurance deductible may be covered up to $1,000. With your loan balance paid in full and your deductible covered, you can move on to purchasing a new motorcycle.

* Credit approval not required. 10% down payment required at time of contract signing. Monthly payments require automatic monthly charges to a valid Mastercard, Visa or Discover credit card or automatic checking account debit with a voided check. 12 month financing term available for all ESP's with a duration of at least 24 months, 18 month financing term available for all ESP's with a duration of at least 36 months. Harley-Davidson® motorcycles not currently covered by the H-D® factory warranty or a current H-D® ESP requires an inspection ($86.62 including tax) and have a 300 mile waiting period before coverage begins. Motorcycle must be 2001 or newer with less than 75,000 miles at contract signing to be eligible for the H-D® extended service plan.

St. Croix Harley-Davidson® Military Protection Plan

While you are deployed away from home for military duty, St. Croix Harley-Davidson® will store your Harley-Davidson® motorcycle for your entire deployment, absolutely free! No hidden fees, no strings attached, no purchase necessary. That's our way to show our appreciation for the service you provide for us.

To qualify for this program, bring a copy of your military orders for overseas deployment or PCS/TDY orders, your military ID and proof of registration. The motorcycle must be registered in the name of the deployed military member to qualify. This offer runs the entire year.

We will add fuel stabilizer, fog the cylinders, secure your bike on a storage platform and tuck it away in our climate controlled and secure storage facility. Your motorcycle will be connected to a battery tender until your return. All at no charge to you. When you return simply give us a call and we'll wash your motorcycle before you pickt it up! If you can't make it to the shop, that's fine, we will pick it up and/or deliver it to you, for a nominal fee. Just be sure to call us to set up delivery.

We strongly recommend that your bike receives an oil & filter change prior to storage. We'll do this for only $50 plus tax (price based on regular oil, Syn3 is an additional $10). This is also a great time to have any scheduled maintenance done, or accessories installed. Our service department can take care of any service or installation while your bike is in storage.
