Elizabeth and I are out putting in miles for the “Let’s Ride For Hero Challenge” and in our journey we were having trouble with our bike. We stopped at several Harley dealers and none of them would get us in for several days, we started our trip from SC. Having owned several Harley’s and have worked in the service department for a short time, back in the day, I knew that travelers usually have a priority. We pulled into St Croix on a Saturday early afternoon, The service writer told me he would get us in asap! And they did! Danny the service manager personally took control and got my back to Marty, the Master tech, the only tech working that day, because it was Saturday. They got us out in less than an hour! You guys rock and thanks for keeping up with the Harley tradition! You guys kept us rolling for the vets and first responders!!!!!!

I purchased the 2024 Road Glide from them this Spring. The entire process from the test ride, sales and service has been fantastic. I have the bike stored there for the winter as well. They picked up the bike, performed the maintenance and have it on the battery tender on for the winter. I love everything and everyone at this Dealership. I have purchased many bikes in the Twin Cities area and would never buy from them again as they treat you like a "number". St. Croix Harley Davidson treats you like Family. I want to thank st. Croix harley-davidson and their crew for taking a disaster and turning it into only a bad hiccup. Had trouble while on a road trip they fit me in diagnosed the problem but didn't have the part in stock (take a week to get). They worked on the issue even after hours, found a part and had it fixed the next day. Stephanie was great, recommended a hotel, took me their and even offered to give me a ride back to the dealership the next day. Great crew! Thanks!!!!

The first thing that struck me was the shop is family owned and the employees seem to enjoy working there. As much as a worker can enjoy a job. They followed thru with everything they stated they would do. Getting a sale seems to be a goal but finding out what you are looking for and a no pressure approach. I have been visiting many dealerships over my years an this one sits right at the top of my list. There are others also that fit this criteria also. Bottom line I would buy there again Thanks

Father had a charging malfunction at 1:30 on a Saturday. The shop stayed late to have the bike fixed the same afternoon and had them out by 4. Great service!

We were headed back home from dropping our dog off in Cumberland, WI and found out a bunch of our friends were here for Chicken, Corn and Music. The food was good, the music was better and the fellowship was the best. Saw some great bikes and my husband test drove a triglide. They always treat you real good at this location. My husband bought his 100th Anniversary Ultra Classic here back in 2003. He highly recommends them.

I wish I could remember the gal's name, but she was great! My father's birthday is in less than a week and the terrible daughter that I am, I waited until last minute to find him something. Scrolling through the HD site I found the perfect shirt for him, the low-rider, in "Black Beauty". Only problem...EVERYWHERE was sold out. There was a note that St.Croix H-D "might" have one and after being redirected to their website, I utilized the automated help chat and submitted my request. Within 10 minutes of the place opening for the day, I received a text message that they had located 3 of the shirts AND their sizes!! I called the store and the woman who answered was such a gem to work with. Immediately went to retrieve the shirt, took my payment online, even asked what she should do with the receipt since it was a gift 10/10 recommend this place!!

I recently purchased a 2019 Road King from St Croix. They gave me a fair price for my trade-in and the Road King was priced right as well. The Road King is a Certified Used bike that qualified for a 1 year limited drive train warranty. I am a very happy camper. I highly recommend buying your next HD from St Croix.

Great help at the parts desk. Ricky spent time finding an engine guard that would fit my bike, and explained tons of information about what will and won't work for my cycles. Other parts guys (can't remember names) also chimed in - super knowledgeable and helpful.

Fun dog friendly place to visit. They even had a couple German Shepard puppies hanging out there for the day. Good selection of motor clothes and motorcycles to choose from. The staff are very friendly and are eager to talk about anything Harley.

Absolutely Great Service...Brought my 2015 Electa Glide in for service..Dropped off without an appointment and told them to fit it in whenever they could. New WaterPump and less than 24 Hours later...I Picked up my Bike....They even Washed and polished it for me as well....got a Boot Burn mark off exhaust too. Service Department is fantastic every time i have dealt with them. THANK YOU!

Great job St Croix Harley Davidson! I usually don’t comment on these sites but when I am treated with great customer service I believe it’s worth my time. Hats off to both Debbie and Danny in the service department. Debbie thanks for being honest and saying “I don’t know but I will definitely find out for you” and Danny thanks for making a customer feel that their business and money are valued. In short, I was gathering info on some work I wanted done and was getting multiple stories and a “I really don’t want to help you attitude” from the St Paul Harley Dealership 10 minutes from my home. I drove out the 40 minutes to St. Croix and was treated great. They took the time to understand what I was looking to do and they follow up with answers and quotes just like they promised. My bike was picked up in Woodbury with two other bikes on the trailer going to St. Croix HD for work. I know just between my bike and one of the others (my neighbor’s bike) there was at least $7k worth of work to be done. It just goes to show, if you value your customers they will value your service/business no matter how far away you are and how close your competitors are. Job well done Debbie and Danny.

I couldn't be happier with the service i get from this dealership. i live about a five min. drive from a dealer in the twin cities and after a couple of horrible repairs there including a large scratch in my tank that they denied doing and telling me i had a major oil leak that needed to be fixed i refused to go back. i may add the bike has never dripped one drop of oil. my neighbor suggested a ride out to St. Croix. They have been my dealership since. Danny and Jeff have gone over and above to make sure my Street Glide is in perfect shape. no fear tactics that i was getting before. Very fair pricing and quality repairs. As much as i would love a new bike i'm going to have to get a couple of years more on her. but definitely will be buying from Arlen. Always a fantastic experience.

I deleted the old review saying how I got my bike back and it wasn't done properly brought my bike back in they're very courteous and fast they put my bike directly into the shop it took a while to figure out what was wrong the mechanic works hard on it and did a very good job the service manager and shop manager were very helpful I hope to do repeat business with them and I would recommend St Croix Harley to any of my friends. Dell and his staff were great to work with when I was looking at, test driving, and finally buying my Ural CT. They treated my wife and I with respect. They answered all our questions and explained how all the controls worked. When I went to look at the CT it was outside and they said take it for a spin. I did around the parking lot. That is what did it for me, I had to have it. When we came back to purchase the bike we received ural mugs and shirts, very cool. The coolest thing is Dell offered and delivered the bike to my house in Princeton MN. He went above and beyond what I expected. Thank you very much from a satisfied customer! I highly recommend a visit to this store if your in the market for a Harley or a Ural.

Nice harley shop with great staff and lots and lots of used bikes. The sales rep was very friendly and talked bikes with us for a long time. The prices aren't the cheapest I've seen,but are competitive. I thought they said they would price match other dealerships also. If you are looking for a used bike, this place probably has what you are looking for. Update 9/26/20- Worked with Arlan on possible purchase of a new or used bike. Arlan is a stand up guy, and I enjoyed very much working with him. Thanks again for you time Arlan!
